German politician Wolfgang Kubicki proposed summoning Russia’s ambassador and warning Moscow that further hybrid attacks on Germany could lead to Ukraine receiving Taurus missiles.
He said Berlin should do everything possible to ensure Ukraine receives the weapons it needs if the threat continues.
Kubicki was responding to the attempted explosive-drone attack at Leipzig/Halle Airport, which Germany has since formally attributed to Russia.
